This is very delicious stir-fried Thai noodle dish. It is basically noodles stir-fried with soy sauce-sounds kind of plain, but it is truly delicious. It is also called as Pad See You in Thai. In this article will tell the recipe of Thai Soy Sauce Noodles.

Ingredients:

8 oz noodles of your choice (normally fresh rice noodles are used)

8 oz meat (seafood, pork or beef)

1 cup broccoli cut

1 tablespoon oyster sauce, palm sugar (or substitute regular sugar), fish sauce

3 tablespoons soy sauce

Additional Ingredients for marinade of meat:

1 tablespoon oyster sauce, rice wine, black pepper, sesame oil, palm sugar and cornstarch

1 egg

2-3 cloves garlic and crushed.

Method to prepare Thai Soy Sauce Noodles:

Take out the meat and cut it into bite sized pieces and then marinade it in recipe described above for about 1 hour. Now prepare your noodles and if they are fresh, then you do not require doing anything, but if you are using dry noodles, you have to soak them in water for about 15 minutes until they are soft.

Note:
you will need a medium to large sized skillet and grease the skillet with the oil of your choice and then the meat until it is almost done. Now add in the rest of the ingredients and sauté for about 2 minutes.
