1 teaspoon Butter
1 hard boiled egg
6 Sardines
Pepper, butter, brown bread and salt
Method to make Sardine and Egg sandwiches:
Take the skin and bone the sardines and churn them well to make a paste with the butter. Now add the egg yolk of egg and season according to your taste with pepper and salt. Now apply butter some slices of brown bread and spread half of them with the sardine combination and sprinkle with finely chopped white egg and now cover it with the remainder of the bread. Now press together trim and cut them in to shape.
