Method to prepare Pyramid Egg on Toast:
Take eggs and hard-boil them and then cool quickly in cooled water and shell. Now cut them in a small piece so that they stand firmly. Place grilled slices for tomato on toast and season. Stand eggs in the centre of each round and sauté in two thirds of the cheese into the sauce and coat each egg with the sauce. Now sprinkle remaining cheese on top and brown quickly in a moderately hot even at 220degree Celsius (about 425 C).
