How to prepare Panang curry with pork (Panang Muh)

Ingredients:

400 ml Coconut milk (13 lf oz)

500 g Pork fillets (1 lb)

2 tablespoon Fish sauce

2 teaspoon Panang curry paste

2 tablespoon Sugar

1 teaspoon Lemon juice

Method to prepare Panang curry with pork:

Take the pork and cut it into slices. Take pot and add half of the coconut milk and the curry paste and heat it. Now add meat, rest of the coconut milk, sugar, lemon juice and fish sauce. Bring to boil and simmer for about 10 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to cook.

Note:

Above ingredients is sufficient for four persons.
