Thai food is very famous around the globe. In this article will tell you recipe to prepare Green chicken curry with bamboo. This dish is also known as Gang Kiau Wan Gai in Thai.

Ingredients:
500 g Canned bamboo shoots (1 lb)
500 g Chicken fillets (1 lb)
1 teaspoon Green curry paste (Gang Kiau Wan)
3 tablespoon Sugar
3 tablespoon Fish curry
400 ml Coconut milk (13 fl oz)
Method to prepare Green chicken curry with bamboo:
Take chicken and cut it into slices and then drain the bamboo shoots. Take a pot and add 5 tablespoon of coconut milk and bring to boil. Now add curry paste and stir and cook for about one minute. Add chicken, bamboo shoots, fish sauce, sugar and rest of the coconut milk and a little bit of water and simmer for about 10 minutes. It takes 25 minutes to ready.
Note:
Above ingredients is sufficient for four persons.
