People those who are not aware of health importance, the government should run health awareness campaigns in media to impart the importance of a health lifestyle. They should also show the drawbacks of addictions like tobacco, alcohols, drugs and smoking. The government should open general hospitals and primary healthcare centers where people get counseling along with the treatment to make their life healthier.
It is also necessary to go for regular body check ups especially when people get older, because most disease like diabetes, hypertension, osteoporosis, arthritis etc occur around that time. And as everybody know that early detection of a disease always helps in its treatment.
All treatments systems other than allopathy are considered as alternative therapy. Homeopathy, ayurved, yoga, acupressure, reiki, suzok, naturopathy and unani are known as alternative therapies. These therapies are becoming popular because of three main reasons.
First, they are much cheaper than medical treatments.
Second, most of these therapies do not have any side effects on the body.
Third, they offer better and permanent treatment options on some chronic diseases like arthritis, gouts, asthma, ulcers and allergies.
There are many exercises that can do to remain fit like walking, swimming, aerobics, dancing and yoga. Among all of these walking is the best exercise, because it can be done by anyone at anytime without any equipment and any supervision. It also helps in burning excessive calories from the body and keeps healthy and fit.
